Oohh! I like! Reminds me of "Feed" which is proudly hanging on the wall in front of me! You know that when the sun shines on "Feed" it just sparkles...literally...I know I shouldn't hang it where the sun gets on it, but it just shines! Love your drawings (and your paintings) Andrea!

I like the subtlety of the falling maple seed thing. Beautifully done, but I'd expect no less from you.

Very pretty and surely 'grounded'.
Nice patterns!

Thanks, all, and Sheila: it is like a mini 'Feed', isn't it? Your comment reminded me why these drawings have to be seen in real life. Images online mean there's a whole dimension missed.

Indeed there is something missed in online pics.
I have several of Andrea's works and can tell you they change with the shifting light.
(No, I am not on a retainer!)

This is really neat! Is it pastels on a dark background? Lovely layers and details.

Thanks! It's mostly coloured pencil plus a little technical gel pen.

New to this blog, I found you via Julie Zickefoose. Love this drawing showing all the layers.
